• 2026-09-08 — Directive (EU) 2025/25 in Belgium: transposition status: Added the first Belgian transposition step we have been able to verify: the federal Council of Ministers approved a preliminary draft law on 3 July 2026 covering Article 2, point (5) of the Directive (preventive control of partnership constitution documents). Read on the government's own press service in both official language versions and cross-checked against the Directive text. The status stays 'nothing notified, nothing in force' — a preliminary draft is not adopted law and Belgium has still communicated no measure to the Commission.
• 2026-09-08 — Directive (EU) 2025/25 in Czechia: transposition status: Transposition record re-checked, unchanged. Added a pointer to Belgium, which on 3 July 2026 approved a preliminary draft law covering one point of the Directive. Czechia remains the only Member State with communicated measures.
• 2026-09-08 — Transposition of Directive (EU) 2025/25: all 27 Member States: Belgium's row changed.
