Each report records what changed, what did not, and what companies should watch next. No movement means no manufactured news.
Reports
- September 2026: Council Business Wallet position added to the record; EU Inc. proposal mapped; implementing acts still absent; national notification record unchanged.
- August 2026: baseline status after the Commission's implementing-act deadline passed.
Fixed measures
Every monthly report checks:
- Commission template implementing acts;
- all 27 Member State notification records;
- the European Business Wallet legislative procedure;
- EUDI technical releases;
- new proposals that directly use the EU Company Certificate or digital EU power of attorney.
